Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Promptski, operated by TLOS Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Promptski.

The service

Promptski rewrites rough prompts into structured prompts for AI models and provides a library of example prompts. There is a free plan and optional paid subscription plans. Features may change.

Paid plans, billing and cancellation

Prices are shown on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel anytime from Settings (if available) or by emailing promptski@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of an active subscription. Founding members keep their price while continuously subscribed. If you cancel, rejoining is at the then-current price.

Acceptable use

Don't use Promptski to break the law, generate harmful or abusive content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the service. We may rate-limit or suspend access that threatens the platform or other users.

Handoff Links

Handoff Links let you publish a prompt or document to an unlisted URL that anyone with the link (or the right password) can read. They are not moderated before publishing. Don't use Handoff Links to share content that is illegal, that harasses or doxxes someone, that infringes someone else's rights, or that distributes malware. We may remove a handoff or suspend the ability to create them, without notice, if we believe this rule is being broken. Report abuse to promptski@gmail.com. Include the link. We don't run analytics or view tracking on handoff pages, and we don't retain IP addresses beyond the short window used to rate-limit creation.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate. You're responsible for how you use them. You grant us a limited license to process your input solely to operate and improve the service. Specifically, we store the prompts you submit and the enhanced outputs we return, along with basic metadata, and analyze them in aggregate to improve Promptski and build new features. We don't sell your prompts.

AI output disclaimer

Enhanced prompts and AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Promptski is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Verify before relying on any output.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLOS Technologies Inc. isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use Promptski.

Changes & termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
