Privacy Policy

Promptski ("Promptski," "we," "us") is operated by TEK FBA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using promptski.ai you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Email address — when you unlock a library prompt or complete onboarding. Prompts you submit — the text you enter into the enhancer, processed to generate your improved prompt. Onboarding answers — optional details (e.g. your role, which AI you use) you choose to share. Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics (pages, actions) to improve the product.

How we use it

To provide and improve the enhancer and library; to send you product and marketing email (you can unsubscribe from any message); and to understand how the product is used. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with vendors that help us run Promptski: Supabase (database and hosting), OpenRouter and the underlying AI model providers (to process your prompt and return the enhanced version), Klaviyo (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your prompts & AI processing

The text you submit is sent to AI providers via OpenRouter to generate output. Please don't paste sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information into any prompt. Enhanced outputs may be imperfect — review before you use them.

Local storage & cookies

Promptski stores your prompt history and preferences in your browser's localStorage so the app works across visits. We use minimal cookies required to run the site. Clearing your browser data removes your local history.

Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe from emails anytime, and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK or California) you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your information; we honor valid requests.

Data retention

We keep lead and account data while your relationship with Promptski is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

Children

Promptski isn't directed to anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, give notice.
