Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed through Stripe, that renew automatically each month until canceled. Cancel anytime from Settings (if available) or by emailing promptski@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

14-day money-back guarantee

We will refund the first payment of a new paid subscription in full if you request it by emailing promptski@gmail.com within 14 days of that charge.

Renewal charges and partial months are not refundable, except where required by law or for charges made in error. We refund charges made in error in full, including duplicate charges and charges after a confirmed cancellation.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Founding price

Your founding price stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel, rejoining is at the then-current price.
